Update : I tried calling Mazda corporate, and they said the dealership has not canceled the maintenance service. I also called the maintenance company, and they said the same thing. I have evidence that I went there twice and requested the cancellation, but everyone at the dealership lied. ”

They sold us a brand new car that had damage on it and was in for repairs for over 2 weeks. We totally regret on so many levels coming to this location for our new car purchase.
